Delivery process
Hitast delivery process it very easy. Hitcasr SaaS require no customers action: Hitcast Delivery manager will contact the customer Hitcast manager, decide with him the standard user profiles, pre-configure an initial set of users and execute the console managing course.
In other cases customer have to setup a server compliant with the hardware and software requirement, and setup remote access (via terminal server or similar tool) accessible from public network.
All other activities will be executed from remote, wherever the server is located, by the Hitcast Delivery Team.After the installation, Customer will be free to leave the remote access available for further use (i.e. by the Hitcast Support Team) o uninstall it for additional security.
After the installation a Hitcast console managing course will be provided to Customer’s Hitcast Platform Manager.
Delivery process, normally, require one day of activities by the Hitcast Delivery team with limited or null support by the customer.
